Product Information
The Xtool TS100 is a programmable universal tire pressure sensor
designed for use in vehicles. It features a metal cycle valve and
is compatible with Xtool tire pressure programming devices. The
sensor is lightweight, weighing approximately 13.8g, and has a
boundary dimension of about 46.4*25*16.2mm. It has a maximum
pressure capacity of 900 kPa.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the Xtool TS100 tire pressure sensor, it must be
programmed using an Xtool tire pressure programming device. It is
recommended to complete the programming process before installing
the tires. - When driving a vehicle equipped with this type of tire pressure
sensor, it is suggested to maintain a vehicle driving speed of
240km/h. - Ensure proper security measures are followed during usage.
- Warranty repair does not cover the following situations:
- Product rig up error
- Misuse
- Product damage caused by crash or tire defect
- Product damage caused by racing or unconventional use
- Product use exceeding specified restrictions
- During tire servicing or teardown, or when removing or
replacing the TS100 tire pressure sensor, always use the provided
parts to replace the rubber washer, washer nut, and valve core to
ensure proper sealing. If there is external damage, the TS100 tire
pressure sensor must be replaced. The correct TS100 tire pressure
sensor nut torque is 4Nmb. - Installation Guide:
- Loosen the tire by removing the valve cap and valve core to
deflate the tire. Use a wind pressure shovel to strip the tire
rubber cover and move the tire away from the rim. - Unload the tire by letting it clamp on a tire changer. Adjust
the cycle valve to be relative to the tire separated plug at the 1
o’clock location. Insert a tire tool and lift the tire bead on the
installation plug to remove the tire bead. Follow this process
carefully. - Remove the TS100 tire pressure sensor by taking off the valve
cap, nut, and washer from the cycle valve rod. Then, remove the
TS100 tire pressure sensor module from the rim. - Install the TS100 tire pressure sensor and cycle valve
according to Step 2 and Step 3. - Install the tire according to the instructions provided by the
tire changing machine manufacturer.

1 Loosen tire Remove bonnet and coreand deflate the tire. Use bead loose actuator unload tire bead.
Attention Lock washer must face to cycle valve.
2 Unload tire Clamp the tire on tire changerand it is relative to tire separated plug in 1o’clock location to adjust cycle valve. Insert tire tool and lift tire bead on installation plug to unload tire bead.
Attention In the whole removal process must abide by this beginning location.
3 Unload TS100 tire pressure sensor
Screw out the screw at the end of rubber valve rodfetch the sensor subject carefully. Carve up rubber snap joint and connect a standard cycle valve extractor to rubber valveaccording to pull the margin to unload cycle valve from valve clack.
4 Install TS100 tire pressure sensor and cycle valve
Step 1. Tighten the screws to connect the cycle valve and sensor subject firmly. Paint grease or lubricating oil on rubber valve rod. Step 2. Insert the valve rod into valve opening from rim interior and connect a standard valve cycle extractor to the end of valve rod. Step 3. Pull the valve rod to stuck on the valve opening firmly then assemble the bonnet back on valve rod.
Attentioncycle valve and margin opening should be concentric.

5 Install tire Put the tire on the rimmake sure cycle valve via 180°face to separated plug. Install the tire on the rim.
