Fixed Work Rest
Product Information:
The Fixed Work Rest Assembly is a component of the Brodbeck
Ironworks LLC equipment. It is designed to provide support and
stability for the workpiece during operation. The assembly consists
of various parts, including a 2 X 72 workrest bracket, work rest
spacer, 1/2 bolt, 1.5 sq tool arm, gray adjustable handle, 3/8 flat
washer, and a 2 X 72 work rest.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Ensure you have received all the necessary parts mentioned in
the product information section. - Begin by attaching the 2 X 72 workrest bracket to the
appropriate location on the equipment using the provided 1/2 bolts.
Tighten the bolts securely. - Place the work rest spacer on top of the workrest bracket and
secure it in place. - Attach the 1.5 sq tool arm to the assembly, ensuring it is
aligned properly with the work rest spacer. - Insert the gray adjustable handle into the designated slot on
the assembly. Tighten it securely using the provided external
thread. - Place the 3/8 flat washer on top of the assembly.
- Finally, attach the 2 X 72 work rest to complete the fixed work
rest assembly.

Fixed Work Rest Assembly
Install work rest spacers and work rest bracket using ½-13 x 2-1/2″ hex bolts and split lock washers on the arm. Attach 3/8″ threaded handle with one flat washer and slide into slot on work rest bracket.
