Product Usage Instructions:

Bottom Shelf Assembly:

  1. Take the bottom panel and ensure the arrows on the top face of
    the 10 cam locks face outwards towards the edge of the board. Then
    using a screwdriver, carefully fit 4 screw pins into the small
    holes being careful not to over tighten.
  2. Take a side panel and ensure the arrows on the top face of the
    4 cam locks face outwards towards the edge of the board. Then using
    a screwdriver, carefully fit 2 screw pins into the small holes
    being careful not to over tighten. Repeat this with the second side
    panel.
  3. Take one side panel and push the 2 screw pins into the holes
    located on the side of the bottom panel. Use a screwdriver to turn
    the relevant cam locks clockwise to secure the side component to
    the bottom component. Repeat this with the second side panel.
  4. Take a support panel and ensure the arrows on the top face of
    the 4 cam locks face outwards towards the edge of the board then
    position it onto 2 of the screws located on the bottom panel. Turn
    the 2 bottom cam locks clockwise to secure the support panel to the
    bottom panel. Repeat this with the second support panel.
  5. Take the front panel and ensure the arrows on the top face of
    the 6 cam locks face outwards towards the edge of the board. Then
    using a screwdriver, carefully fit 10 screw pins into the small
    holes being careful not to over tighten.
  6. Offer the front panel up to the rest of the assembly, ensuring
    that the 10 screw pins locate into the small holes on the bottom
    and side panels. Turn the 10 relevant cam locks on the bottom and
    side panels clockwise to secure the front panel.
  7. Take the top panel and using a screwdriver, carefully fit 14
    screw pins into the small holes being careful not to over
    tighten.
  8. Carefully place the top panel onto the rest of the assembly,
    ensuring that the 14 screw pins locate into the small holes on the
    front, side, and support panels. Turn the 14 relevant cam locks
    clockwise to secure the top panel.

Floor Plinth Assembly:

  1. Take the assembled Bottom Shelf and turn it upside down. Then
    using a screwdriver, carefully fit 12 screw pins into the small
    holes located on the underside being careful not to over
    tighten.
  2. Take the rear panel and ensure the arrows on the top face of
    the 4 cam locks face outwards towards the edge of the board. Then
    using a screwdriver, carefully fit 2 screw pins into the small
    holes being careful not to over tighten.
  3. Take a side panel and ensure the arrows on the top face of the
    4 cam locks face outwards towards the edge of the board. Then using
    a screwdriver, carefully fit 2 screw pins into the small holes
    being careful not to over tighten. Repeat this with the second side
    panel.
  4. Attach the side panels to the rear panel by pushing the 2 screw
    pins into the holes located on the side of the rear panel. Use a
    screwdriver to turn the relevant cam locks clockwise to secure the
    side components to the rear component.
  5. Carefully place the assembled Bottom Shelf onto the floor
    plinth, ensuring that the 12 screw pins locate into the small holes
    on the underside of the plinth. Turn the 12 relevant cam locks
    clockwise to secure the Bottom Shelf to the plinth.

BOTTOM SHELF ASSEMBLY – STEP 1

Take the bottom panel and ensure the arrows on the top face of the 10 cam locks face outwards towards the edge of the board. Then using a screwdriver, carefully fit 4 screw pins into the small holes being careful not to over tighten.

BOTTOM SHELF ASSEMBLY – STEP 2
Take a side panel and ensure the arrows on the top face of the 4 cam locks face outwards towards the edge of the board. Then using a screwdriver, carefully fit 2 screw pins into the small holes being careful not to over tighten. Repeat this with the second side panel.
BOTTOM SHELF ASSEMBLY – STEP 3
Take one side panel and push the 2 screw pins into the holes located on the side of the bottom panel. Use a screwdriver to turn the relevant cam locks clockwise to secure the side component to the bottom component. Repeat this with the second side panel.

BOTTOM SHELF ASSEMBLY – STEP 4
Take a support panel and ensure the arrows on the top face of the 4 cam locks face outwards towards the edge of the board then position it onto 2 of the screws located on the bottom panel. Turn the 2 bottom cam locks clockwise to secure the support panel to the bottom panel. Repeat this with the second support panel.
BOTTOM SHELF ASSEMBLY – STEP 5
Take the front panel and ensure the arrows on the top face of the 6 cam locks face outwards towards the edge of the board. Then using a screwdriver, carefully fit 10 screw pins into the small holes being careful not to over tighten.

BOTTOM SHELF ASSEMBLY – STEP 6
Offer the front panel up to the rest of the of the assembly, ensuring that the 10 screw pins locate into the small holes on the bottom and side panels. Turn the 10 relevant cam locks on the bottom and side panels clockwise to secure the front panel.
BOTTOM SHELF ASSEMBLY – STEP 7
Take the top panel and using a screwdriver, carefully fit 14 screw pins into the small holes being careful not to over tighten.

FLOOR PLINTH ASSEMBLY – STEP 1
Take the assembled Bottom Shelf and turn upside down. Then using a screwdriver, carefully fit 12 screw pins into the small holes located on the underside being careful not to over tighten.
FLOOR PLINTH ASSEMBLY – STEP 2
Take the rear panel and ensure the arrows on the top face of the 4 cam locks face outwards towards the edge of the board. Then using a screwdriver, carefully fit 2 screw pins into the small holes being careful not to over tighten.

FLOOR PLINTH ASSEMBLY – STEP 3
Take a side panel and ensure the arrows on the top face of the 4 cam locks face outwards towards the edge of the board. Then using a screwdriver, carefully fit 2 screw pins into the small holes being careful not to over tighten. Repeat this with the second side panel.
FLOOR PLINTH ASSEMBLY – STEP 4
Take the central support panel and position it onto 2 of the screws located on the rear panel. Ensure that the arrows on the top face of the 6 cam locks are pointing outwards towards the edge of the panel. Turn the 2 rear cam locks clockwise to secure the central support panel to the rear panel.

FLOOR PLINTH ASSEMBLY – STEP 5
Take the front panel and ensure the arrows on the top face of the 6 cam locks face outwards towards the edge of the board. Then using a screwdriver, carefully fit 6 screw pins into the small holes being careful not to over tighten.
FLOOR PLINTH ASSEMBLY – STEP 6
Offer the front panel up to the rest of the of the assembly, ensuring that the 6 screw pins locate into the small holes on the side and central support panels. Turn the 6 relevant cam locks on the side and central support panels clockwise to secure the front panel.

FLOOR PLINTH ASSEMBLY – STEP 7

TOP SHELF ASSEMBLY – STEP 1

Take one side panel and push the 2 screw pins into the holes located on the side of the bottom panel. Use a screwdriver to turn the relevant cam locks clockwise to secure the side component to the bottom component. Repeat this with the second side panel.
TOP SHELF ASSEMBLY – STEP 4
Take a support panel and ensure the arrows on the top face of the 4 cam locks face outwards towards the edge of the board then position it onto 2 of the screws located on the bottom panel. Turn the 2 bottom cam locks clockwise to secure the support panel to the bottom panel. Repeat this with the second support panel.

Take the front panel and ensure the arrows on the top face of the 6 cam locks face outwards towards the edge of the board. Then using a screwdriver, carefully fit 10 screw pins into the small holes being careful not to over tighten.
TOP SHELF ASSEMBLY – STEP 6
Offer the front panel up to the rest of the of the assembly, ensuring that the 10 screw pins locate into the small holes on the bottom and side panels. Turn the 10 relevant cam locks on the bottom and side panels clockwise to secure the front panel.

TOP SHELF ASSEMBLY – STEP 7
Take the top panel and using a screwdriver, carefully fit 14 screw pins into the small holes being careful not to over tighten.
TOP SHELF ASSEMBLY – STEP 8
Offer the top panel up to the rest of the of the assembly, ensuring that the 14 screw pins locate into the small holes on the bottom and side panels. Turn the 14 relevant cam locks on the front, side and support panels clockwise to secure the top panel.
