Fitting notes:
The Z900RS internal nut on the headlight needs to be accessed to tighten up the fly screen brackets.
To do this the outer ring of the headlight (shown in the diagram above) needs to be removed temporarily. This can be achieved by removing the two small bolts on the underside of the headlight and unclipping the outer ring at the top. and unclipping the outer ring at the top.
The outer ring can be difficult to refit once the Pyramid Fly Screen is in place so it’s best to remove the Pyramid Fly Screen from the brackets supplied (shown as ‘5’ in the diagram above) once the brackets are tightened up in the correct position.
