Posiglaze is our innovative aluminium channel system that holds glass panels in place for use on balustrades and partitions.

SIMPLE INSTALLATION
- Fit the base channel (D1) to the substructure (details on suitable fixing can be found on our website).
- Clip the glass slip clamps (D2) to the bottom edge of the glass panel (we supply different sized clamps for different glass thicknesses).
- Position the glass in the channel.
- Place the bolt screws in the pivot clamp (D3).
- Using the adjustment bolts; loosening one side and tightening the other, will allow the alignment of the glass with the next panel and enable plumbing of the glass.
- Attach the cover strip (D4) and bead gasket (D5).
FITTING SCENARIOS
Posi-Glaze can accommodate a range of different glass sizes; 12, 15, 17.5, 19 and 21.5mm in a number of different scenarios, some of which are shown below.
FAST AND EASY GLASS ADJUSTMENT WITH THE USE OF A SCREW
Posiglaze allows the installer to easily adjust the glass panels once in place. All the installer needs to do is simply adjust the bolt screw to align the glass. Fast and simple saving both time and money!
CHANNEL KITS INCLUDE:
- 1 x aluminium channel
- 2 x top cladding for base fix kit only
- 1 x top & 1 x side cladding for side fix kit only
- 2 x rubber gasket seals
- 4 x clamps per metre for relevant glass thickness
- Available in silver anodised brush or black finish
