Note: Before you install the mount, unscrew and separate the metal hook from the backplate.
How to Install
- Insert the metal hook to your vinyl siding.
- Screw the backplate to the metal hook, making sure the hook is mounted securely to the vinyl. The arrow on the backplate should point upward.
- Mount the doorbell’s wall plate to the holes on the backplate using the doorbell screws provided.
Reminder: Wall plate may vary depending on the doorbell.
- Secure your doorbell to the wall plate by following the original installation guide.
- If you have a wired setup, connect the wires before securing the doorbell.
- To use an angle wedge, install the doorbell wall plate and angle wedge together onto the backplate. Then mount your doorbell.
- Once the doorbell is secured, check the view from the App and adjust the position accordingly.
- Insert the foam support(s) to the back of the mount as needed.
