AC0001 High Bay Series Pendant or Hook Mount
Product Information
The Venture Lighting High Bay Series Pendant or Hook Mount is a
lighting fixture that can be mounted using either the hook mount or
pendant mount adapters. It comes with a reflector and a safety
cable bracket for added safety. The fixture can be connected to AC
power and 0-10V dimming control. The product dimensions are 4.25 x
15.30 x 13.20 inches.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before proceeding with installation, read all instructions
carefully to ensure proper and safe installation. - Disconnect power before installing or servicing the fixture to
avoid electrical shock. - All wiring should be performed per the National Electrical Code
and local code by a qualified electrician. - Make sure that all input power connections have been properly
made and the module is grounded to avoid potential electrical
shock. - Follow all UL, NEC, and minimum load rating guidelines when
selecting and installing a cable or chain. - The contractor is responsible for any and all safety cable
installation. - If changing from Hook Mount to Pendant Mount or vice versa,
remove the 4 screws that hold the Hook/Pendant Mount to the fixture
and install the alternative mount with the same screws. - If using the Hook Mount Adapter, loosen the adjustment screw on
top of the mount to balance the fixture when mounted. Slide the
hook as necessary and then tighten the adjustment screw when
finished. - If using the Pendant Mount, feed the electrical wire leads
coming out of the fixture through the customer-supplied 3/4
threaded conduit pipe. Make electrical connections per the Wire
Diagram then secure to appropriate external mount. - If using Hook and Cord Mount, remove the latch screw on the
hook mounting system and swing open to slide the hook into the
customer-supplied eye hanger. Then install the latch screw back on
the Hook Mount system. - To install the reflector, loosen the 3 tabs on the trim plate
of the fixture and shift the tabs so that the reflector can be
placed around the trim plate. Once in place, swivel tabs over
reflector to secure into place. Then hand tighten so tabs and
reflector are secure. - For safety cable installation, make sure the safety cable
bracket is secured to the backside of the fixture. Pass one of the
safety cable loops through the attached bracket, then run the
opposite loop of the safety cable loop through the loop of the end
which was run through the safety cable bracket. Take the other end
of the hanging cable and affix to appropriate external mount
point. - Reference the electrical diagram to ensure proper installation
of sensor per manufacturer’s instructions. Make sure appropriate
lengths of wire are fed through the sensor arm pipe prior to
installation of Sensor Arm. First, remove knockout located on the
fixture and feed sensor wire and secure connections. Proceed to
mount the arm as shown in the diagram.

Hook Mount/Pendant Mount Adapter Installation Only
Remove 4 screws that hold the Hook/Pendant Mount to fixture. If Hook Mount is originally installed, remove the wire that is fed through the strain relief. If Pendant Mount is originally installed, then you will need to feed the wire through the strain relief on the hook mount.
Install the alternative mount to the fixture with the 4 screws originally removed.
For Hook Mount Adapter:
For balancing the fixture when mounted, loosen the adjustment screw on top of mount and slide hook as necessary. Tighten adjustment screw when finished.
Pendant Mount Installation
Feed the electrical wire leads coming out of the fixture through the customer supplied 3/4″ threaded conduit pipe. Make electrical connections per the Wire Diagram then secure to appropriate external mount.
Hook and Cord Mount Installation:
Remove latch screw on hook mounting system and swing open to slide hook into the customer supplied eye hanger. Then install latch screw back on Hook Mount system.

Rev. 1.0 Reflector Installation To install, reflector loosen the 3 tabs on the trim plate of fixture and shift the tabs so that reflector can be placed around trim plate. Once in place, swivel tabs over reflector to secure into place. Then hand tigthen so tabs and reflector are secure.

Safety Cable Installation Make sure safety cable bracket is secured to the back side of the fixture. Pass one of the safety cable loops through the attached bracket, then run the opposite loop of the safety cable loop through the loop of the end which was run through the safety cable bracket. Sensor Arm Installation Reference the electrical diagram to insure proper installation of sensor per manufacturers instructions. Make sure appropriate lengths of wire are fed through the sensor arm pipe prior to installation of Sensor Arm. First, remove knockout located on the fixture and feed sensor wire and secure connections. Proceed to mount the arm as shown in the diagram below.
Place this end flush to fixture.
Use screws to fasten fixture.
Below references the sensor enclosure where you will secure the sensor through the knockout. Close the sensor enclosure by reinstalling the four screws to the sensor arm.

Accrochez Mont / Pendentif Mount Adapter Installation Seulement
Retirez les 4 vis qui maintiennent le support de crochet / pendentif au montage. Si la montagne de Hook est installé à l’origine , enlevez le fil qui est alimenté à travers la décharge de traction . Si montage pendentif est installé à l’origine, alors vous aurez besoin pour nourrir le fil à travers la décharge de traction sur le crochet de montage .
Installez l’alternative de montage de l’appareil avec les 4 vis initialement retiré.
Pour Crochet Adaptateur mont
Pour équilibrer le luminaire lorsqu’il est monté , desserrer l’ajustement visser le sommet de la montagne et glisser crochet comme nécessaire. Serrer vis de réglage lorsque vous avez terminé .
Pendentif Mont d’installation
Nourrir le fil électrique mène sortant de l’appareil à travers le client fourni 3/4 pipe ” fileté de conduit. Faire connexions électriques selon le schéma de fil puis fixez approprier montage externe.
Crochet et cordon Installation au:
Retirer la vis de verrouillage sur le système de montage de crochet et de swing ouvert à glisser crochet dans le hangar de l’oeil à la clientèle fourni. Ensuite, installez la vis de verrouillage de retour sur Crochet système de monture.

Rev. 1.0 Installation du réflecteur Pour l’installer, réflecteur desserrer les 3 onglets sur la plaque de garniture de fixation et déplacer les onglets de sorte que réflecteur peut être placé autour de plaque de finition. Une fois en place , les onglets pivotantes plus de réflecteur pour sécuriser en place . Puis remettre tigthen afin onglets et le réflecteur sont sécurisés.

Installation d’un câble de sécurité Fait en sorte support de câble de sécurité est fixé sur la face arrière de l’appareil. Vous prendrez le câble de sécurité fourni et de passer une boucle de câble de sécurité à travers le support fixé puis exécutez la boucle opposée du câble de sécurité à travers la boucle de la fin qui a été exécuté à travers le support de câble de sécurité . Prenez l’autre extrémité du câble de suspension et apposer sur approprier point de montage externe.

Sensor Arm Installation Référence le schéma électrique pour assurer une bonne installation du capteur par les instructions du fabricant. Assure-toi longueurs appropriées de fil sont alimentés à travers le tube de bras de capteur avant l’installation du capteur Arm. D’abord, enlever knock out situé sur le montage et le capteur d’alimentation fil et des connexions sécurisées. Continuez à monter le bras comme le montre le schéma ci-dessous.
Placer cette extrémité affleurant au montage.
Utilisez des vis à luminaire fasten.
Ci-dessous fait référence l’enceinte de capteur où vous fixer le capteur à travers le knock-out. Fermez le boîtier du capteur en réinstallant les quatre vis sur le bras du capteur.
