Product Information: Models EAH, EC, E 3 Door Dishmachine
The Models EAH, EC, and E 3 Door Dishmachine are
commercial-grade dishwashers designed for use in restaurants,
cafeterias, and other food service establishments. The dishwashers
require electrical and plumbing connections to be made by a
licensed service person and comply with all Federal, State, and
Local Health, Electrical, Plumbing, and Safety codes. The
dishwashers come equipped with a peristaltic pump, thermometer,
leveling legs, fill/start switch, door handle, and poly pro scrap
accumulator. The dishwashers require a 2″ drain pipe (not supplied)
to be connected from the scrap accumulator to a floor or wall
drain. The dishwashers also require a hot water source (minimum
120-140 temperature required) to be connected to the dishmachine’s
drain outlet. The water inlet assembly ships inside the machine and
must be attached by the installer before connecting the water
source.
