FOREVER Hot Stamping Foils

Product Information

• The product is designed for finishing with hot stamping foils.
• The transfer instructions are only applicable for Laser-Dark (No-Cut) A-Foil & OKI White Toner Printers.
• The transfer settings involve B-Paper to A-Foil transfer to textile hot stamping foil.
• The recommended pressure ranges from 2-3 Bar / 29-43.5 psi (medium pressure) to 5 Bar / 72.5 psi (high pressure).

Product Usage Instructions:

1. Prepare the B-Paper and A-Foil for transfer.
2. Place the B-Paper on top of the A-Foil, ensuring that the shiny side of the A-Foil is facing up.
3. Transfer the B-Paper to the A-Foil using a heat press with medium pressure (2-3 Bar / 29-43.5 psi) for 90 seconds.
4. Peel off the B-Paper from the A-Foil after the transfer is complete.
5. Place the A-Foil onto the textile and transfer using a heat press with low pressure (2 Bar / 29 psi) for 5-10 seconds.
6. Peel off the A-Foil from the textile after the transfer is complete.
7. Place the hot stamping foil onto the transferred design and apply heavy pressure (5 Bar / 72.5 psi) for 30-45 seconds using a swing-away or pneumatic press.
8. Peel off the hot stamping foil from the design to finish.

Note:

• For the best results, it is important to use heavy pressure when finishing with hot stamping foils.
• The 4-Color-Black consists of 100% Cyan, 100% Magenta & 100% Yellow.

TRANSFER SETTINGS

FINISHING WITH HOT STAMPING FOILS

PREPARATION OF THE TRANSFER

• Print your design using CMYK BLACK(4-C olor-Black*) & Press with B-Paper (See Table above).
• Separate the B-Paper from the A-Foil while HOT, in a Slow, Low & Fluid Motion.
• Cut around your transfer to remove the coating frame.

TRANSFER TO TEXTILE

• Place the transfer on your textile & press together (See Table above).
• Wait until the textile has completely cooled down, BEFORE removing the A-Foil!

APPLYING THE HOT STAMPING FOIL

• Place the desired sheet of Hot Stamping Foil on your design, cover it with a sheet of Matt Finish Economy & press together (See Table above).
• Wait until the Hot Stamping Foil has completely cooled down, BEFORE removing.
• Wash resistant up to 40°C (Cold Wash Cycle).

TIP: Use a textile to rub over the finished design to remove left-over HSF particles!
4-Color-Black consists of 100% Cyan, 100% Magenta & 100% Yellow!
ATTENTION: We recommend Swing-way and Pneumatic Presses! It is important to use heavy pressure for the best results.
