With link speeds up to 400Mbps on 2.4GHz and 867Mbps on 5GHz, this

It features a dual-band connection, allowing you to connect to
either the 2.4GHz or 5GHz bands for optimized connectivity. The
adapter also ensures the security of your data with WPA3 security
encryption.
