The 50 x 50 Towable Pallet Cart is a versatile cart designed for

Product Usage Instructions
- Start by gathering the necessary tools: a drill with a 9/16
driver bit (recommended). - Install the casters using 3/8 lag screws and 3/8 flat washers.
Attach the swivel casters on the left side and the fixed casters on
the right side. - Install the attachment plates using 3/8 lag screws and 3/8 flat
washers. - With the help of two people, flip the cart onto the
casters. - Install the handle by depressing the pins and sliding the
handle tubes into the receivers on the frame. Ensure that the
spring-loaded pins fully expand into the holes in the
receivers. - Install the tow bar, making sure that the loop is facing the
inside of the cart. Insert a 3/8 x 2.25 bolt through the frame
bracket and tow bar. Tighten it using a flat washer and lock
nut. - Install the hitch pin by placing it through the frame
receiver. - Thread the chain and small pin through the loop, then insert
the small pin into the hole on the hitch pin. - Your 50 x 50 Towable Pallet Cart is now fully assembled and
ready to use.

2 Lay frame onto the deck. The bottom of the frame should be flush with the web structure of the resin deck. Note the spring-loaded tow bar retainer should be facing the ground. Install casters using 3/8″ Lag Screw and 3/8″ flat washers. Install swivel casters on the left side, and fixed casters on the right.

Using 2x 3/8″ x 1″ bolts, attach 4x Location Posts to frame. Tighten each bolt to 20 ft-lbs.

Install Tow Bar ensuring loop is facing the inside of the cart. Insert 3/8″ x 2.25″ bolt, through frame bracket and towbar. Tighten using flat washer and lock nut.
