Circa Basin Set

Product Information:

The product is called Circa Basin Set. It includes various
components such as Set Screw, Handle Body, Locking Sleeve, Fibre
Washer, Ceramic Spindle Cartridge, O Ring, Outlet Flange, Basin
Body Locknut, Locking Screw, Plastic Washer, and Breech. The
product has a maximum thickness of 28 mm and the O Ring for the
spindle has a diameter of 60 mm. The outlet flange is labeled
“Front”. There are different product codes available for different
variations of the basin set.

Product Usage Instructions:

  1. Ensure that the Fibre washer seals the Locking Flange to the
    Basin Body.
  2. Secure the product from under the bench using the locking
    screws.
  3. Raise the Basin Body assembly through the Mounting Surface to
    tighten the Locking Sleeve.
  4. Make sure to fully tighten the Locking Sleeve to the Basin Body
    before tightening the assembly from underneath.
  5. Tighten the Basin Body Locknut only after the Locking Sleeves
    have been fully tightened.
  6. If using a Tee piece, it should be breeched between basin
    bodies. The length of the Tee piece may require cutting to
    suit.
  7. The product must be installed by a Licensed Plumber in
    accordance with AS/NZS 3500:2003.
  8. The recommended working water pressure is 300-500 kpa, and the
    maximum water temperature is 65 deg.c.

refer to Fig.1 in the user manual. Also, ensure compliance with
AS/NZS 3718:2005 for water efficiency and visit

NOTE: Tee piece is to be breeched between basin bodies. Length of Tee piece may require cutting to suit.

Important Note: Locking Sleeve must be fully tightened to the Basin Body prior to tightening the assembly from underneath.
Tighten Basin Body Locknut only after the Locking Sleeves have been fully tightened

Installation guidelines
– The Spindles will be supplied fitted into the Basin Bodies when supplied. – Determine the distance of the Basin/Hob holes and cut the breech to suit. – Place the Outlet Locknut and Plastic Washer over the outlet fitting of the Breech. – Align the breeched Basin Bodies and fit through the mounting surface. – Fit the Fibre Washer over the spindles. – Raise the assembled Basin Body through the mounted surface and fit the Locking Sleeves. – Fully tighten Locking Sleeves and ensure O Ring is intact before lowering assembly onto
mounting surface. (See Fig.1) – Working from underneath tighten the Basin Body Locknut to secure the assembly. – Outlet must be secured with the FRONT label facing the user. – Remove label after final installation. – Fit the Outlet to Breech and secure by tightening the locknut, ensure O Ring is intact. – Once all parts are tightened fit Handle and secure with Set Screw using Allen Key. – Connect Hot and Cold feed lines to the Basin Bodies. – Check all parts, fittings and connections for any water leaks.

Raise Basin Body assembly through the Mounting Surface to tighten Locking Sleeve. (As Shown)
