1. Connect the tubes each side with screws like above.
2. Fix the resistor onto the main frame with screws
3. Centre the adjusting knob to hole and turn it into resistor to adjust exercise intensity

Notice: Put the product onto the smooth floor. You can exercise by hand or feet clockwise or anticlockwise.
Warning: Please don’t stand on the product directly. You can sit down to exercise your feet.
