LX-6201 Guard Tour System

Product Information: LCD & Lighting Guard Tour
System
– Overview: This guard tour system features an LCD
screen and lighting capabilities. – Sensor area: The sensor area is
used for scanning checkpoints. – Lighting switch: This switch
controls the lighting function of the device. – LED indicator: The
LED indicator provides visual feedback on the device’s status. –
Screen: The LCD screen displays information and messages. – LED
lamp: The LED lamp can be used for additional lighting.
Auto-induction Guard Tour System – Overview: This
guard tour system utilizes auto-induction technology. – LED
indicator: The LED indicator provides visual feedback on the
device’s status. – Label area: The label area is used for
identification purposes. – Sensor area: The sensor area is used for
scanning checkpoints. – Pogo pin: The Pogo pin is used for
connecting accessories. – USB style: The device supports USB

Distance:
The scanning distance is within 3cm.
Working Indicator: When scanning a checkpoint, the
device will display a blue flicker and vibrate to indicate that it
is functioning properly. Memory: The device has a
memory capacity of 40,000 patrol logs and 8,000 impact logs.
Battery: The device is equipped with a 300mAh
battery that can be charged using the provided USB cable. It takes
approximately 1.5 hours to fully charge the battery.
Download Data: To download data from the device,
connect it to a computer using the USB cable and ensure that the
software detects the device. Size & Weight:
The device has dimensions of 137mm x 30mm and weighs 100g.
Product Usage Instructions: Scan
Checkpoint:
1. Bring the device close to the checkpoint,
approximately 3cm away. 2. If the device is functioning properly,
there will be a blue flicker and vibration. Download
Data:
1. Connect the device to a computer using the
provided USB cable. 2. Ensure that the software detects the device
and shows it as well connected with the device ID. 3. The device
indicator will show a red flicker during this process.
Battery Charging: 1. Connect the device to an
adapter plug using the USB cable. 2. It will take approximately 1.5
hours for the battery to fully charge. 3. When the battery is low,
there will be a quick red flicker. When fully charged, the
indicator will be blue. Additional Function – Impact
Record:
– When the device is beaten or dropped, there will
be three times red and blue flicker together. – A time stamp will
be generated and stored on the device. Failure and
Solutions:
– Problem: Vibrate 6 times, and red light
flickers 6 times. Solution: Connect the patrol reader with a
computer and click “Update me”. – Problem: Vibrate 3 times, and red
light flickers 3 times. Solution: Connect the patrol reader with a
computer, save data to software first, and click “Clear data”. –
Problem: Red light flickers 10 times. Reason: Time error or memory
is full. Solution: Charge the reader with the USB cable.
Turn on & off LED Torch: – Turn on: Long press
the torch icon for approximately 2 seconds until the LED light
turns on. – Turn off: Click the torch icon once to turn off the
light. – Light mode change: Click the torch icon once to turn off
the light, then long press the icon for approximately 2 seconds to
switch to another mode. Note: The above instructions are specific
to the LCD & Lighting Guard Tour System. For the Auto-induction
Guard Tour System and Strong Lighting Guard Tour System, please
refer to their respective sections in the user manual for detailed
usage instructions.

Checkpoint: (ask extra purchase)
Check point is use for marking patrol site , which is with chip inside , every check point is with global unique ID number (can’t be modified) . Easy for installa on, no need wiring , no need power supplied , can fixed with structural adhesive or screw. Can be used in many areas or even harsh environment such as rainy, snowy, icy , dusty and so on.
