MAP Z-CBE Cat-Back Exhaust System

Product Information:

The product is a MAP Z-CBE (Z Y-Pipe) and MAP INF-Q60-CBE
(Infiniti Q60 Axlebacks) exhaust system for the 2023+ Nissan Z and
2016+ Infiniti Q60. The package includes the following items:

• 1x MAP 2023 Z Y-Pipe
• 2x MAP 2023 Z Axlebacks
• 2x 4.5 Exhaust Tips (Options Available)
• 3x Exhaust Clamps
• 2x 2.5 Exhaust Gaskets
• 4x M10 x 1.25mm Bolts
• 4x M10 x 1.25mm Flanged Nuts
• 1x Anti-Seize Packet

The exhaust system is designed to enhance the performance and
sound of the vehicle. It is compatible with both the Nissan Z and
Infiniti Q60, with slight differences in length.

Product Usage Instructions:

1. Using a 16mm socket, remove the OEM Y-Pipe to downpipe nuts
   (x4).
2. Using a 14mm socket, remove the lower support brace (x4).
3. Remove all four exhaust hangers and detach the entire exhaust
   as one assembly.
4. Remove the midpipe bracket.
5. Install the MAP Y-Pipe onto the passenger side downpipe using
   the included hardware. Use the included downpipe gasket. Reinstall
   the lower support brace.
6. Install the driver side Y-Pipe leg onto the driver’s side
   downpipe using the included gasket and hardware.
7. Secure the driver side Y-Pipe leg with the included slip
   clamp.
8. Install the rear exhaust section using the OEM hangers to hold
   the exhaust in place.
9. Install slip clamps on both sides of the exhaust and
   tighten.
10. Install the tips on both sides, ensuring to use the included
    anti-seize on the clamp threads.

What’s in the box?
1x MAP 2023 Z Y-Pipe 2x MAP 2023 Z Axlebacks 2x 4.5″ Exhaust Tips (Options Available)
3x Exhaust Clamps 2x 2.5″ Exhaust Gaskets 4x M10 x 1.25mm Bolts 4x M10 x 1.25mm Flanged Nuts
1x Anti-Seize Packet

Tools needed
You will need:
16mm socket 14mm socket 3/8ths ratchet
These instructions are applicable to the 2023+ Nissan Z as well as 2016+ Infiniti Q60, these exhausts are slightly
different in length but install identically

Step 1
Remove OEM Y-Pipe to downpipe nuts (x4)

Step 2
Remove lower support brace (x4 14mm)

Step 3
Remove all 4 exhaust hangers and remove entire exhaust as one assembly

Step 3.1
Remove midpipe bracket

Step 4
Install MAP Y-Pipe onto the passenger side downpipe and secure it with
included hardware. Be sure to use the included downpipe gasket. Reinstall
lower support brace.

Step 5
Install driver side Y-Pipe leg onto the drivers side downpipe, install with included gasket and hardware.

Step 6
Secure the driver side Y-Pipe leg with included slip clamp

Step 7
Install rear exhaust section utilizing the oem hangers to hold the exhaust in place

Step 8
Install slip clamps on both sides of exhaust and tighten

Step 9
Install tips on both sides, be sure to use included anti-seize on clamp
threads
