The product is the AlphaTrak 3 Blood Glucose Monitoring System.

Product Usage Instructions:
- Ensure you have the AlphaTrak 3 Meter, AlphaTrak 3 Test Strips,
Lancing Device, and Lancets. - Wash your hands thoroughly before testing.
- Insert a test strip into the meter. The meter will turn on
automatically. - Prick the skin using the lancing device and collect a small
drop of blood. - Touch the tip of the test strip to the blood drop until you see
the confirmation symbol on the meter’s display. - The meter will display the blood glucose measurement after a
few seconds. - Record the measurement in your diabetes management log or
app. - Dispose of used lancets and test strips properly according to
local regulations. - Refer to the Quick User’s Guide or the full instructions manual
for more detailed information on additional features and
troubleshooting.
Note: The AlphaTrak 3 Blood Glucose Monitoring System should
only be used with AlphaTrak 3 Test Strips.
