Materials Needed:
- Pre-cut piece of surface material for tray insert (Size will
vary for vent sizes) - Bonding material (Will vary for flooring materials)
Note: If duct opening is larger than the base
of the vent, use additional screws to add strength.

Product Usage Instructions
- Cut a piece of surface material for the tray insert. The size
will vary depending on the vent size. - Prepare the bonding material suitable for your flooring
material. - Apply adhesive bond in the tray of the vent.
- Insert the pre-cut flooring material into the tray.
- Apply even pressure to ensure that the floor material is level
with the rim of the tray. - Allow the bonding agent to cure.
- Insert the vent in place.
- Enjoy!

PRE-CUT INSERT
BONDING AGENT
Apply adhesive bond in Tray.
Insert pre-cut flooring material.

Apply even pressure so the floor material is level to rim of Tray.
Let cure.

Insert vent in place.
