This fixture is intended for installation in accordance with the National Electrical Code and Local Regulations. To assure full compliance with local codes and regulations, check with your local electrical inspector before installation. To prevent electrical shock, turn off electricity at the fuse box before proceeding. Allow mixture to cool before handling.
Retain these instructions for maintenance reference.
Pendant Surface-Mounted Canopy (PS)
THIS PRODUCT MUST BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPLICABLE INSTALLATION CODE BY A PERSON FAMILIAR WITH THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT AND THE HAZARDS INVOLVED.
In the luminaire, only LED-based lamps shall be used.
In case a track mounting system is used, please follow the instructions included in the adapter kit box.
