Battery Installation

App Connection

First, you need to have a Zigbee 3.0 gateway and add it to the Tuya Smart APP (see the gateway manual for the method of adding a gateway to the App)

1. Install battery (purchase separately)
2.  Long press the “SET” button for about 5 seconds until the indicator flashes quickly
3.  Open the “Tuya Smart” APP, click connected Zigbee Gateway
4. Click “Add subdevice”
5.  Click “ Indicator is flashing quickly”
6. Searching devices and adding successfully

 Installaon Direction

1.  Location: install it in the area where people usually cross over and the distance must be 2m over the ground. As shown below.
2.  Stay away from the air conditioner, fridge, oven..etc which is easy to affect temperature, don’t display it under sunshine directly.
3.  Remove the sticker on the back base and fix base holder to a suitable position.

 Attention

1.  The indicator flashes one me and sends a signal once the sensor activates
   the moon detection when nobody crossed. The indicator does not light up if the sensor detects the moon continuously.
2. Remove the battery if don’t own use it, and save it in dry and stay free condition.
3. Don’t use it near metal or strong hertz areas, it will affect communication distance.
