VI-GLDE-01 Glide 4 Dimensional Vibration Isolator
Product Information
The Proaim Glide 4-Dimensional Vibration Isolator (VI-GLDE-01)
is a shock-absorbing system that is designed to minimize vibrations
and provide stability to the camera while shooting. It comes with a
Castle Nut Wrench and a Hard Case for easy transportation. The
system has a heavy payload capacity of 5-50 kg / 11-110 lbs.
Product Usage Instructions
- Inspect the contents of the shipped package to ensure that you
have received the Glide Vibration Isolator, Castle Nut Wrench, and
Hard Case. - Loosen the Castle ring of the Glide Vibration Isolator with a
Castle nut wrench and remove it. Attach the Glide Vibration
Isolator to the arm and tighten the castle ring properly using the
castle nut wrench. Attach the fluid head (not included) properly by
inserting it into the bottom part of the vibration isolator. - Loosen and remove the castle ring from the Gimbal Mitchell
plate (not included). Remove the Mitchell Plate bolts with the help
of an Allen key. Separate the Mitchell plate from the Castle nut
and attach it to the Freefly Movi bottom mounting. Insert the bolt
to properly attach the Mitchell Plate and Freefly Movi (not
included) Bottom Mounting Part, then tighten the bolt with the help
of Allen Key. Match the threads of the Mitchell Plate to The Castle
Nut and attach them together, then insert the bolt. Tighten it
properly using the Allen key. - After attaching the Mitchell Plate and the bottom part of the
Freefly Movi (not included), match the center hole of the Glide
Vibration Isolator and then insert it. Attach the Gimbal Mitchell
Plate (not included) to the Vibration Isolator and then manually
attach the Castle Nut. Properly tighten the Castle Ring with the
Castle Nut Wrench and then attach the Gimbal to the Vibration
Isolator. - After attaching the Gimbal (not included), properly tighten it
with the Gimbal Knob. - To adjust the quantity of Wire Brackets according to your setup
payload, remove the bolt of the Vibration Isolator using the 3/16mm
Allen Key. Then remove the Vibration Isolator with the help of a
3mm Allen key. After removing the bolts, remove the Wire Brackets.
Attach the Wire Brackets to the Mitchell Mounting Plate and secure
it using the 3mm Allen Key. Follow the same process to attach all
the wire brackets. Attach the Mitchell Mounting Plate to the
Vibration Isolator and properly tighten it using 3/16mm Allen
Key.

Glide Vibration Isolator Setup
Loosen the Castle ring of the Glide Vibration Isolator with a Castle nut wrench and remove it.
Then, attach the Glide Vibration Isolator to the arm.
Tighten the castle ring properly with the help of a castle nut wrench.
The Vibration Isolator is now properly attached to the arm.
Attach the fluid head (Not Included) properly by inserting it to the bottom part of the vibration isolator.

Gimbal Mitchell Plate with Castle Lock / Mount For Freefly Movi
Loosen and remove the castle ring from the Gimbal Mitchell plate (Not Included).
Then, remove the Mitchell Plate bolts with the help of an Allen key.
Separate the Mitchell plate from the Castle nut and attach it to the Freefly Movi bottom mounting.
Insert the bolt to properly attach the Mitchell Plate and Freefly Movi (Not Included) Bottom Mounting Part, then tighten the bolt with the help of Allen Key.
Mitchell plate and Freefly Movi (Not Included) bottom mounting part have been properly attached to each other.
Match the threads of the Mitchell Plate to The Castle Nut and attach them together, then insert the bolt. Tighten it properly using the Allen key.

After attaching the Mitchell Plate and the bottom part of the Freefly Movi (Not Included), match the center hole of the Glide Vibration Isolator and then insert it, as shown in the image.
Attach the Gimbal Mitchell Plate (Not Included) to the Vibration Isolator and then manually attach the Castle Nut.
Properly tighten the Castle Ring with the Castle Nut Wrench and then attach the Gimbal to the Vibration Isolator.

After attaching the Gimbal (Not included), properly tighten it with the Gimbal Knob, as shown in the image.

5 Gimbal (Not Included) has been properly
attached to the Vibration Isolator.
Vibration Isolator Setup
Remove the bolt of the Vibration Isolator using the 3/16mm Allen Key.
Then remove the Vibration Isolator with the help of a 3mm Allen key.
After removing the bolts, remove the Wire Brackets.
Remove all the Wire Brackets by following the same process, as shown in the image.
Then attach the Wire Brackets to the Mitchell Mounting Plate and secure it using the 3mm Allen Key.
NOTE: You can adjust the quantity of Wire Brackets according to your setup payload.

Follow the above process for attach all the wire brackets.
Attach the Mitchell Mounting Plate to the Vibration Isolator and properly tighten it using 3/16mm Allen Key.
NOTE: The Proaim Glide Shock Absorbing System offers a 5-50 kg / 11-110 heavy payload capacity.
CHANGEABLE WIRE BRACKETS
NOTE: It has two strategically configured Wire Brackets to support the gimbal & absorb inertial movements. These Wire Brackets are removable, and any of them can be used in the center when the camera setup weight is lighter. And the numerous universal threads 3/8″-16 & 1/4″-20 over it used for underslung and over-slung mounting of your gear.
