Rover Tandem Product Usage Instructions

1. Cut the white zip ties from the wheel and remove the rear frame
   section.
2. Remove the front inserts and rotate the ramp inserts. Keep them
   aside for step 5.
3. Release the brakes. Roll the front frame section up and
   out.
4. Lock the brakes and prop up the front frame section.
5. Attach the rear frame section to the front frame section.
6. Secure the rear frame section in place.
7. Raise the seats and rotate the reflector.
8. Loosen the front set screw using a 4mm tool.
9. Attach the chain and tension it with the boom.
10. Tighten the remaining 4 set screws using a 4mm tool.
11. Remove any remaining packaging and place the cable housing in
    the guides. Attach the shift cables.
12. Attach the rear chain.
13. Tension the rear chain.
14. Adjust the handlebars and seats according to the manual. Test
    the shifting and brakes.
