User’s Manual

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

  • DANGER: risk of fire or explosion. Flammable refrigerant used. Do not puncture refrigerant tubing.
  • Do not use mechanical devices to defrost refrigerator. Ensure that servicing is done by factory authorized service personnel, to minimize product damage or safety issues.
  • If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similar qualified person in order to avoid hazard.
  • Consult repair manual or owner’s guide before attempting to service this product.
  • All safety precautions must be followed.
  • Dispose of properly in accordance with federal or local regulations.
  • Follow handling instructions carefully.
  • Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propellant in this appliance.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) whose physical, sensory or mental capabilities may be different or reduced, or who lack experience or knowledge, unless such persons receive supervision or training to operate the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

  • Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
  • Farm houses and by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
  • Bed and breakfast type environments;
  • Catering and similar non-retail applications.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS

This appliance must be grounded. Grounding reduces the risk of electrical shock by providing an escape wire for the electrical current. This appliance has a cord that has a grounding wire with a 3-prong plug. The power cord must be plugged into an outlet that is properly grounded. If the outlet is a 2-prong wall outlet, it must be replaced with a properly grounded 3-prong wall outlet. The serial rating plate indicates the voltage and frequency the appliance is designed for.

WARNING -Improper use of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electric shock. Consult a qualified electrician or service agent if the grounding instructions are not completely understood, or if doubt exists as to whether the appliance is properly grounded. Do not connect your appliance to extension cords or together with another appliance in the same wall outlet. Do not splice the power cord. Do not under any circumstances cut or remove the third ground prong from the power cord. Do not use extension cords or ungrounded (two prongs) adapters.

Dear Customer
Dear users (customer), this manual contains the product’s basic knowledge, use instruction, fault diagnosis and basic trouble shooting methods. In order to better understand and use this product, please take good care of this manual and read it carefully.

Important safety instruction .

  1. The range of operating voltage: 97V~130V. In order to avoid damaging the electrical performance of the compressor, please equip with a voltage stabilizer appliance of power not less than 500W, to protect the cooler when the voltage is lower than 97V or higher than 130V.
  2. Individual single-phase socket must be used. It should be reliably connected to a grounding wire. Caution: The grounding wire is not allowed to connect to a water pipe or a gas pipe.
  3. Strong base, strong acid, organic solvent and corrosive goods or those are easy to pollute to food are prohibited storing in the cooler; otherwise, it can cause corrosiveness or accident.
  4. Don’t raise the cooler or the shell of the electric parts, or it will cause the decline in insulation and cause corrosion.
  5. When the cooler will not be used for a long time, disconnect the power and clean it. Please examine the circuit whether it is ok before reuse.
  6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.
  7. The appliance shall be disconnected from its power source during cleaning or maintenance and when replacing parts.
  8. The A-weighted emission sound pressure level is below 70Db(A).
  9. Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propellant inside the appliance.
  10. Flammable blowing gas of the cooler should be handled according to local regulations. Before you scrap the appliance, please take off the doors to prevent children trapped.

Caution:

  1. Risk of fire / flammable materials, taking care to avoid causing a fire by igniting flammable material.
  2. Keep clear of obstruction all ventilation openings in the appliance enclosure or in the structure for building-in.
  3. Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer.

NOTE: the water vapor mass in dry air is one of the main points influencing the performance and the energy consumption of the coolers. Therefore, the order of the climate class in the table is based on the water vapor mass column.

Transportation and Placement

Transportation

  1. Don’t slant it over more than 45°, while moving it.
  2. The cooler needs to stand upright for 4 hours before it is powered on, while the product is transported upside down.

Choosing the installation location

  1. The unit is for indoor application only.
  2. Due to the fact that the unit has a glass door, its performance is highly influenced by environmental conditions. To minimize the environmental effects on the unit’s performance, the following are recommended:
    • The unit is not to be placed near any kind of heat source
    • The unit is not to be placed near or inside air streams produced by ventilation fans, open doors and/ or windows
    • The unit is not to be situated under a roof-mounted ventilation system.
    • The unit should have sufficient space to `breathe’ (always use the rear space to ensure minimum clearance).
    • The unit should not be placed under direct sunlight.
    • Keep all ventilation openings in the appliance enclosure or in the structure clear of obstruction.
    • In order to reduce fire hazard, the installation of this appliance must be carried out only by a suitably qualified person.

Installation Instructions

  1. Unpack all the packages and clean all the cabinet using warm water together with 5% of neutral soap then dry it with a soft-cloth; for the glass parts only use specific products, avoiding the use of water which can leave on the glass limestone residues.
  2. Keep a distance from the wall of 10 cm at least. Please level the unit settling the adjustable feet.
  3. Cabinet must be installed on a perfectly even surface, far away from any heat source included sun rays.
  4. Do not install the unit in open places and do not expose it to rain.

  5. Connect the external water inlet hose of the ice maker on the back of the cabinet to the direct drinking faucet.

Leveling the unit
Place the unit at the chosen location. Using a spirit level, check whether the unit is leveled in both directions. The spirit level can be placed on one of the shelves. It is essential that the unit is leveled during operation so as to avoid possible ice formation on the evaporator’s fins due to insufficient drainage of the condensates. Tilt unit by 2° angle for easy closing of door and drain.

  • Do not insert cream or spray bottles inside the cooler.
  • Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with flammable propellant in the cooler.

  1. Temperature setting range: Upper compartment, 0-10 , Lower compartment, -14~-24.
  2. Default setting temperature: Upper compartment 5 , Lower compartment -18.
  3. Button Operation
    3.1. Up button: the temperature increases 1 ºC (ºF) via press the button each time.
    3.2. Down button: the temperature drops 1 () via press the button each time.
    3.3. °C/°F switch button: the icon on the digital display screen lights up when the temperature is displayed at . Click to switch to display; The icon on the digital display goes off and the icon lights up.
    3.4. Upper/lower compartment temperature setting switch button: press , the digital start to blink, and the temperature of corresponding compartment can be set. Press this key again to switch to set the temperature of another compartment.
    3.5. Lock key: press both and for 3 seconds at the same time, the lock light will turn on, and the control panel is unlocked. Press and for 3 seconds, the lock light will turn off, and the control panel is locked. If no operation is performed in 3 minutes, the device will be locked automatically.
    3.6. Light switch: Initially, the light is on after power on, press once to turn off the light and press again to turn on the light. 4. Ice-making Function 4.1. Freezing Compartment The freezing compartment can be used as an ice making compartment or as a regular freezing compartment. When the product is powered on for the first time, the default setting is not making ice.
    4.2. Press key for 3 seconds, the ice making lamp lights on, the ice maker starts working.
    You can press keys for 3 seconds to stop making ice at any time. Once the light of ice making is off, the ice maker stops working.
    4.2.2. The ice maker turns off automatically when the ice storage box is full and the wire signal arm is located in OFF. The ice maker will resume working after the ice storage box is emptied and the wire signal arm is pushed back to ON position.
    4.3. When the freezing compartment is used as a regular freezing room, it can store items to be frozen.

Note:

  • When the ice-making function is started, the fan of freezing room is running continuously, and the noise of the product will increase.

Note:

  • Please clean the ice maker machine with warm water and mild detergent for first use or reoperation after not used for a long time.
  • Do not use the ice cubes made in the first 12 hours, if the ice maker is operated for the first time or reoperation after not used for a long time.

Note:

  • When the product is defrosting, there will be hiss of stream when the defrosting water drops from the evaporator to the heating tube.
  • When the ice is taken out, the door of the freezer room is open, the cooling fan will keep running continuously and the temperature inside the freezer room will be increased.

Notice: The following are not trouble but common phenomenon:

  1. Sound, the refrigerant flows inside the cooler.
  2. Compressor and condenser become hot.
  3. If the ambient humidity is high, there may be dew drop on the surface, please use soft and dry cloth to clean in time.

Product Cleaning

  1. External cleaning
    Doors and freezing room should be cleaned with a mild detergent and warm water solution, such as a mixture of 30g detergent to 7.5 liters of hot water, clean with a soft sponge, and then clean again with water. To prevent water residue, wipe again with a soft dry towel.
  2. Internal cleaning
    It is recommended that the freezer ice-making module shall be cleaned frequently.
    The freezer ice-making module should be cleaned before the product is used for the first time or again after a period of disuse.

Cleaning steps:

  1. Turn off the power and let stand for a period of time to defrost the freezer and ice maker.
  2. Open the door, remove the ice maker module, and wipe the inside of the freezing room with a clean cloth soaked in disinfectant. (It is recommended to mix 30g household bleach with 7.5 liters of hot water to make disinfectant).
  3. Clean thoroughly with clean water and drain the waste water after cleaning through the drain pipe.
  4. Thoroughly clean the ice making module.
  5. Install ice making module.
  6. Close the door and reconnect the power.

Warning

  1. Make sure the machine is disconnected from the power supply before performing cleaning and maintenance operations.
  2. Do not use corrosive cleaning agents to clean the interior of the freezing room and the ice-making module.
  3. If the power is off or the ice maker is not used for a long time, please remove the ice cubes in the ice making module.

This appliance may not be treated as regular household waste, it should be taken to the appropriate waste collection point for recycling of electrical components. For information on local waste collection points, contact your local waste removal agency or government office.
