CA-9QF 100V Manual-Feed Soldering Station
Product Information
The CA Manual-Feed Soldering Station is available in three
different variants – CA-9QF 100V, CA-1QF 120V, and CA-2QF 230V. The
product comes with a Control Unit (CC1001) and spare parts
including Circuit (0025013), Enclosure (0023639), Tool Holder
(0014706), Splashguard (0028379), and Antisplash Membrane (CL7882).
The product also requires Fuses (T-2A for CA-9QF 100V and CA-1QF
120V, T-1A for CA-2QF 230V) and an Earthing Fuse (F 1.25A). The
product code for the Earthing Fuse is SN5450 and the code for the
Antisplash Membrane is CL7984 S0354. The Tool Holder code is
0016351 and the Splashguard code is 0010433. The Circuit code is
0025013 and the Enclosure code is CL6210. The product also includes
AP250-B and PLR195.
Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the soldering station is connected to the correct
voltage power supply. - Insert the appropriate fuse (T-2A for CA-9QF 100V and CA-1QF
120V, T-1A for CA-2QF 230V) and Earthing Fuse (F 1.25A) into the
Control Unit. - Insert the Antisplash Membrane (CL7882) into the designated
slot on the Soldering Station. - Attach the Tool Holder (0016351) and Splashguard (0010433) to
the Soldering Station. - Connect the AP250-B and PLR195 to the Soldering Station.
- Switch on the Control Unit and wait for it to heat up.
- Insert the soldering material into the Tool Holder and use it
as desired. - After use, switch off the Control Unit and allow it to cool
down before storing the Soldering Station.
