46814 Traditional 4-Light Bronze Vanity Light with Frosted Glass Shade

Product Information

The product is a light fixture that comes with a glass shade and
a mounting unit. It requires assembly and installation, which can
be done using the hardware included in the package. The package
includes ball nuts, mounting screws, wire nuts, and other tools
like a ladder, safety glasses, electrical Phillips, tape,
screwdriver, flat blade screwdriver, pliers, and wire strippers.

The product requires electrical connection from the junction box to
the fixture using the black or red wire (hot) from the junction
box, white wire (neutral) from the junction box, and bare or green
ground wire from the junction box. The fixture has black wire from
the fixture, white wire from the fixture, and ground wire from the
fixture.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Unscrew the ball nuts from the mounting unit.
  2. Use the mounting screws to attach the mounting unit to the
    junction box.
  3. Make the electrical connection from the junction box to the
    fixture. Connect the ground wire to the mounting unit using the
    preinstalled green ground screw. Then, connect the positive,
    negative and ground wires with the supplied wire nuts. Secure with
    electrical tape.

  • Black wire from the fixture
  • White wire from the fixture
  • Ground wire from the Fixture
  • Attach the fixture to the mounting unit through screw holes as
    shown, and secure it with ball nuts.
  • Remove the socket ring from the socket. Attach the Shade onto
    fixture using socket ring.
  • Install bulbs (not included).

    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

    CAUTION

    ³Inspect the wire insulation for any cuts, abrasions, or exposed copper that may have resulted during shipping. If there is a defect in the wire, do not attempt installation.

    TOOLS REQUIRED

    ³Before starting installation of this fixture or removal of a previous fixture, disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breaker or by
    removing the fuse at the fuse box.

    INSTALLATION STEP 1
    Unscrew the ball nuts from the mounting unit. Use the mounting screws to attach the mounting unit to the junction box.

    STEP 3
    Make the electrical connection from the junction box to the fixture. Connect the ground wire to the mounting unit using the preinstalled green ground screw. Then, connect the positive, negative and ground wires with the supplied wire nuts. Secure with electrical tape.
