Product Usage Instructions

This product must be installed by a person who is knowledgeable
about the construction and operation of the product and the hazards
involved.
The LED bulb installed in this lamp is permanent and does not
need to be replaced. Do not attempt to remove or replace the LED
bulb.
Avoid touching the LED bulb as it generates some heat. Use a
soft cloth when cleaning the lamp. Do not use chemical or abrasive
cleaners.
To dim the lamp, use compatible dimmer models only: LUTRON
DVELV-300P, LUTRON MAELV-600, and LEGRAND ADTH700RMTU. Using any
other dimmer will void the product’s warranty.
If you experience any defects with the product, contact the
factory directly in writing at [email protected]. Include a
copy of your purchase invoice and describe the defect. A factory
representative will contact you to advise on further action.
If you have any missing hardware or broken glass, contact the
factory directly in writing at [email protected]. The missing
or broken parts will be shipped to you directly on the same day
after receipt of your email (excluding weekends).
