A. Quick release strap
B. Shoulder Harness Assembly

E. Fixed Lower Half Strap (FLHS)
1. Attach the lower portion of the Fixed Lower
2. Unsnap the quick release strap on the Shoulder Half Strap (FLHS) around the FILBE pack frame, as Harness Assembly. shown.
3. While pulling slightly upward on the quick release strap, slide the upper portion of the FLHS through the MQRB until it stops.
4. Route the upper portion of the FLHS through the metal ladderlock.
5. Once threaded, pull the upper portion of the FLHS through the metal ladderlock until snug. Do not deform the shape of the shoulder strap while tightening.
6. Ensure the bartack on the upper portion of the FLHS passes through both bars on the metal ladderlock.
7. Place the remaining upper portion of the FLHS under the latch on the MQRB.
8. Refasten the snap on the quick release strap.
