PREPARATION
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
- Use caution when drilling holes to avoid tampering with fuel lines, hydraulic lines or existing wiring.
- If additional wiring is needed, it is recommended to run all wires before mounting the speakers in place.
- Use the highest quality connectors for a proper installation and to reduce signal and power loss.
- Use rubber grommets to protect any wires routed through metal. Avoid running them over, near, or through sharp edged surfaces.
INSTALLATION PROVISIONS
- Decide where you will be mounting your speakers. Check the surrounding area to be large enough to mount the speakers evenly and deep enough for it to ï¬t properly.
- Using a utility knife, cut a 5.13 diameter mounting hole.
- Use the speaker as a template to outline the locations for the mounting screws. Route speaker wires and connect to speakers, noting speaker polarity.
- Install speaker into opening and fasten with a power drill.
