Product Usage Instructions:

1. Carefully unpack the product and identify all parts using the
   illustration provided in the manual for parts identification.
2. Turn off the power to the installation point before beginning
   assembly.
3. Attach the stem (3) onto the swivel (2) and the socket
   (4).
4. Attach the coupling (5) onto the cap (6) and secure it with the
   crystal (7).
5. Attach the arm (9) onto the hook (8) and frame (10), and secure
   it with the wheel (11).
6. Refer to the additional installation instructions included with
   the product for wiring and installation.
7. Install proper bulbs (not included) into each socket according
   to the markings and/or labels on the fixture for maximum
   wattage.
8. Restore power to the installation point and retain this sheet
   for future reference.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1.Carefully unpack and identify all parts referring to illustration for parts identification. 2.Turn the power to the installation point OFF. 3.Install the stem (3) onto the swivel (2) and the socket (4). 4.Install the coupling (5) onto the cap (6) and secure with crystal (7). 5.Install the arm (9) onto the hook (8) and frame (10). Secure with wheel (11). 6.Refer to the additional installation instructions included with the product for wiring and
installation. 7.Install proper bulbs (not included) into each socket referring to the markings and/or labels on
the fixture for maximum wattage. 8.Restore power to the installation point and retain this sheet for future reference.
