Product Usage Instructions
- Identify all the parts in the package.
- Locate a suitable installation point for the fixture.
- Install the loop (1) and nipple (2) on the fixture body
shade. - Attach the bracket (3) to the installation point using screws
or other appropriate hardware. - Hang the hook (4) on the bracket (3).
- Insert the bulb into the socket arm (5).
- Connect the socket arm (5) to the fixture body shade by
screwing it in place. - Attach the fixture body shade to the loop (1) and nipple
(2). - Ensure that all parts are securely attached and in place.
- Turn on power to the installation point.
- Note: Use a bulb with maximum wattage recommended for the
fixture. - Retain this sheet for future reference.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Carefully unpack and identify all parts referring to illustration for parts identification. 2. Turn the power to the installation point OFF. 3. Adjust the arm (5) direction. 4. Install the loop (1) to the nipple (2). 5. Install the hook (4) of the shade into the hole of the bracket (3) of the fixture body. 6. Refer to the additional installation instructions included with the product for wiring and installation. 7. Install proper bulbs (not included) into each socket referring to the markings and/or labels on the
fixture for maximum wattage. 8. Restore power to the installation point and retain this sheet for future reference.
