EX140 Sit’n Kneel With ROCKr Foot
Product Information:
The EX140 Series ROCKrTM Sit’n KneelTM is a versatile product
designed to provide comfort and support while sitting or kneeling.
It comes in three different models:
- EX140 – Basic model with a seat and two legs
- EX142 – Includes a Tush PadTM for added comfort
- EX144 – Includes a Tush PadTM and a Tool ToterTM Bucket for
convenient tool storage
The product is proudly made in America and is part of the Made
in America initiative.
Product Usage Instructions:
Before beginning assembly, make sure you have the following:
- Phillips Screwdriver, #2
- Hammer or Tapping Device
Product Components:
- A Seat
- B Leg, Left
- C Leg, Right
- D Foam pad
- E Kneeler Foot (2X)

- F 2X 1/4-20 Screws

Follow the diagram below to assemble the product:

Place the product on a flat surface. Test fit the foam pad to
understand alignment. Remove the adhesive backer and install the
pad firmly to ensure proper adhesion.
Pad Installation
If you have the EX142 or EX144 model, turn the product over to
the Sit’n Position. Test fit the Tush Pad to understand alignment.
Remove the adhesive backer and install the pad firmly to ensure
proper adhesion.
Installation
If you have the EX144 model, follow these steps to install the
Tool ToterTM Bucket:
Slide a support tube into each slot sewn inside the tote body as
shown.
Tightly fold over the strap and attach the Velcro hook &
loop pads as shown. You may need to push hard as the tube nears the
bottom. There is a flap inside the slot that may feel like a
blockage or like it is sewn shut. It may take a harder push for it
to pass through.

ASSEMBLY NOTE
For maximum stability, the legs are designed as a WEDGE FIT.
This MAY require tapping the seat onto one or both legs.
For best results insert leg as far as possible with hands.Then turn kneeler over into sitting position as shown and TAP the seat onto legs. You may want to cover the area with something to protect the seat while tapping.
