Instructions: 1. Begin by loosely preassembling the
reinforcement bracket and silente. 2. To protect adjacent parts,
apply paint protection film or foam rubber. 3. Ensure that the
outer silentblocs (component 9) rest evenly on the ignition coil
cover with slight pressure during assembly. 4. Adjust the distance
as needed using the provided shims (components 10, 11, and 12). 5.
Tighten the screws in the following sequence: start by tightening
the front screw in the direction of travel. 6. Use a torque wrench
to tighten the screws to the specified torque values: –
Senkopfschraube M6x8: BMW 3Nm – Linsenflanschschraube M5x8: BMW 2Nm
– Senkopfschraube M4x6: BMW 2Nm – Schraubensicherung: BMW 10Nm –
Montage Halter: BMW 10Nm – M5x8: 3.5Nm – BMW 8Nm 7. Finally,
assemble the covers of the intake manifolds in reverse order, using
thread locking fluid (Schraubensicherung).

Achtung : Bei der Montage müssen die äußeren Silentblöcke 9 gleichmäßig,mit geringem Druck,auf den Zündspu-

lenabdeckungen aufliegen. Den Abstand können Sie unter Zuhilfenahme der verschiedenen Passscheiben anpassen.

Attention : Lors du montage, les silent blocs 9 extérieurs doivent reposer uniformément, avec une légère pression, sur
le couvercle de bobine d`allumage. Vous pouvez régler la distance à l`aide des différentes cales.

Montieren Sie die Blenden der Ansaugstutzen in umgekehrter Reihenfolge (Schraubensicherung).
