– Attention: Use thread locking fluid on screws during installation
– Torque: Use specified torque for tightening screws – Cleaner: Use
a suitable cleaner for maintenance – In combination with the
Wunderlich luggage rack (Art.No. 11865-00x), sleeves no.3 are
omitted. – Use the provided protection film for damage-free
installation. Product Usage Instructions: 1. Identify the
components: – Sissybar (1) – Cylinder head screw M10x40 (2) –
Hexagon nut M10 (4) – Panhead screw M5x30 (6) – Protection film (7)
2. Apply fitting lubricant to the screws and thread locking fluid
to ensure secure installation. 3. Use the specified torque for
tightening the screws: – Cylinder head screw M10x40: Torque to 8Nm
– Hexagon nut M10: Torque to 19Nm – Panhead screw M5x30: Torque to
3.5Nm 4. If using the product in combination with the Wunderlich
luggage rack, omit sleeves no.3. 5. Clean the product using a
suitable cleaner for maintenance. 6. Before installation, use the
provided protection film to prevent any damage to the surface.
Note: Refer to the product diagram for better understanding of the
components and their placement during installation.
