NCGD1XZ96 Whiskey Decanter

WHISKEY DECANTER
Crystal Glass / BPA Free, Food Grade Safe
Whiskey decanters have a longer duration of having the liquor inside since the serving size is way less than wine and so it will not be cleaned regularly. The strong scents tend to linger, especially since it stays inside for quite some time.
To lessen the stains and smell, soak the decanter with a mixture of warm water and vinegar or baking soda. Let it soak for about half an hour, then scrub it with rice and salt. Repeat the process until the stain residue or scent is gone.
TIP: When washing the decanter straight after use, it should only require warm water. Distilled water is highly recommended as alkaline water can cause cloudiness. Distilled water also doesn’t have any aroma or contain minerals, which will help prevent watermarks when drying. Avoid using dishwashing soap or detergent as it can be very difficult to remove all traces.
WARNING:
THERE ARE DIFFERENT METHODS FOR DIFFERENT TYPES OF DECANTERS AND WHAT’S THE CLEANING METHOD SUITABLE FOR? SOME CLEANING METHODS MAY HARM THE DECANTER INSTEAD OF PROLONGING ITS USE.
