Troubleshooting Steps
- The BY M1 is a lavalier microphone and this requires it to be used with LR44 Batteries (provided with product).
- Please ensure that you are using the correct batteries and they are connected with the correct polarities in the Powerpack of the microphone.
- The Powerpack has a switch that needs to be switched to the camera mode when using a camera.
- Please ensure that you have connected the Microphone Jack to the correct terminal in your camera/smartphone/laptop.
- Sometimes, if your phone app is not able to detect the microphone you need to try the 3P applications like Open camera, and change OTG settings to an external microphone.
