Product Information: TFB-Trailer-1 Boat Trailer

The TFB-Trailer-1 Boat Trailer is a product designed for certain
applications only. The product comes with a rear prop, frame, rear
wheel bracket, and other necessary nuts, bolts, washers, and spring
washers for assembly. The trailer also includes a linear actuator
that should not be modified or used for any application other than
that for which it was designed. The product manual provides general
safety rules and guidelines for assembly, inspection, maintenance,
and use.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Install the rear prop using 2-M10*70 bolt, 2-M10 nut, 2-10
    washer, 2-10 spring washer.
  2. Install the frame and rear wheel bracket together, using
    2-M10*70 bolt, 2-M10 nut, 2-10 washer, 2-10 spring.
  3. Ensure that all nuts and bolts are tightened before initial
    use.
  4. Periodically check all nuts and bolts for tightness as they may
    become loose from vibration over time.
  5. Do not modify the linear actuator or use it for any application
    other than that for which it was designed.
  6. Read and understand all instructions provided in the manual
    before each use.
  7. Double-check the assembly of your trailer to be sure you
    assembled it correctly.
  8. Follow all warnings and instructions provided to avoid serious
    injury or death.

Note: The product manual includes a part list with the
description and quantity of each item needed for assembly. Refer to
the part list for any missing or replacement parts.

We appreciate your purchase of our Trailers. Please follow these few simple instructions. Instructions should be kept in a safe place and reviewed at least annually. We offers a one year limited warranty to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the service life of the product, not to exceed twelve consecutive months from the date of purchase. The Jack, fencetool box and linear are optional items. If you do not purchase the corresponding product, please ignore their installation steps.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Tools needed ­ An adjustable wrench IMPORTANT ASSEMBLY TIP: Do not tighten any nut and bolt combinations completely until all parts are assembled together! Finger tighten plus one turn of a wrench only! This will temporarily hold the lock nut on the bolt while helping alignment of all parts! After all parts are assembled together, all nut & bolt combinations must be completely tightened.
1. Install the rear prop, using 2-M10*70 bolt, 2-M10 nut, 2-10 washer, 2-10 spring washer. 2. Install the frame and rear wheel bracket together, using 2-M10*70 bolt, 2-M10 nut, 2-10 washer, 2-10 spring
washer. 3. Install the front prop, using 2-M10*40 nut, 2-M10 bolt. 4. Install the V plastic part, using M10 nut, M10*90 bolt. 5. Install the draw bar and winch base, using 2-M10*120 bolt, 2-10 spring washer, 2-10 washer, 2-M10 nut. 6. Install the mudguard, using 8-M8 nut, 8-M8*20 bolt. 7. Install the tire, using 8-M12 nut. 8. Install the winch, using 2-M8 nut, 2-M8*20 bolt. 9. Install the draw bar and frame together, using 2-M10*90 bolt, 2-M10 nut, 2-10 washer, 2-10 spring washer. 10. Install the drivepipe on the rear prop, using 2-M10*40 bolt, 2-M10 nut.

BE SURE TO PERIODICALLY CHECK ALL NUT AND BOLTS FOR TIGHTNESS. OVER TIME, NUTS AND BOLTS MAY BECOME LOOSE FROM VIBRATION.
BE SURE TO ALWAYS HAVE THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF AIR PRESSURE IN TIRES. THIS WILL HELP DETER FROM UNNECESSARY WEAR AND/OR DAMAGE. AIR PRESSURE CAN BE FOUND ON SIDEWALL OF TIRE. NEVER DRIVE ON HILLY TERRAIN – EXCESSIVE WEIGHT CAN CAUSE WEIGHT SHIFTS WHICH CAN LEAD TO LOSS OF CONTROL OF YOUR ATV AND/OR ATV TRAILER. DO NOT DRIVE IN EXCESS OF 10 MPH WHILE USING THIS PRODUCT. NEVER ALLOW PEOPLE OR ANIMALS TO RIDE IN THE ATV TRAILER! IT IS NOT DESIGNED FOR THAT MATTER. USE CAUTION NEAR TRAILER TILT LATCH. BE SURE LATCH IS ENGAGED BEFORE EACH USE.
