Product Information: Kayak Trailer

The Kayak Trailer is a manual traction trailer designed to
transport kayaks. It has a maximum load capacity of 450lbs and is
made of aluminum. The trailer has 12 airless tires and weighs 5.2kg
(N.W) and 6.1kg (G.W).

Safe Instructions

It is important to read the following instructions carefully
before using the Kayak Trailer to avoid serious injury:

• Make sure the trailer is installed firmly before use.
• Securely fasten the kayak to the trailer before use.
• Do not transport anyone in a kayak on the trailer.
• The trailer is suitable for manual traction only and should not
  be pulled by any motor vehicle.

Installation Instructions

1. Loosen the black lock bolt on the adjusting bracket and install
   the adjustment bracket on the car frame.
2. Insert the two axles into each end of the car frame and tighten
   the bolts.
3. Install the two wheels into each end of the axle.
4. Insert locking pins through the axle to lock.
5. Adjust the distance between the two adjusting brackets and
   lock, then open leg.
6. Inflate the tires and it’s ready to go.

Troubleshooting, Maintenance, and Repair

Follow these instructions to maintain your Kayak Trailer:

• After each use, remove sand and dirt from the trailer and rinse
  it off with water.
• Disassemble and fold the trailer for storage when not in
  use.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

1. Loosen the black

1.Before use, please make sure that the Kayak Trailer is installed firmly. 2.Before use,make sure the kayak is securely secured. 3.No one shall be in a kayak while the kayak is being transported on a kayak trailer 4.Kayak trailers are suitable for manual traction only,do not pull a Kayak Trailer with any motor vehicle. 4. After each use, remove sand and dirt from the kayak trailer and rinse it off with water. 5. Disassemble and fold the kayak trailer for storage when not in use.
