The VEVOR Kayak Trailer (Model: Y02017) is an aluminum trailer
designed to transport kayaks safely. It has a maximum load capacity
of 280lbs and comes with 10 airless tires. The trailer weighs
2.25kg and has a gross weight of 2.85kg.
The trailer consists of two aluminum tubes and an axle. It is
designed for manual traction only and should not be pulled by any
motor vehicle.

Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the Kayak Trailer, make sure it is installed
firmly. - Make sure the kayak is securely fastened to the trailer before
use. - Do not transport anyone in a kayak while it is being
transported on the trailer. - Attach the trailer to the manual traction and do not pull it
with any motor vehicle. - After each use, remove sand and dirt from the trailer and rinse
it off with water. - Disassemble and fold the trailer for storage when not in
use.
For installation, follow these steps:
- Insert two aluminum tubes into the plastic slider on the axle
and fix them through the holes with the quick-release pin. - Install quick-lock bolts into the plastic slider.
- Install the wheel to the axle, insert the axle locking pin
through the axle to lock, and lock the wheel inner limit ring. - Install the second wheel in the same way.
- Adjust the two aluminum tubes and lock the quick-lock bolts,
then pass through two holes on the kayak. - Lift one end of the kayak, and you can go away.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
1. Insert two aluminum tubes into the plastic slider on the axle,and fix the two aluminum tubes through the holes with the quick release pin.

TROUBLESHOOTING, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR
1.Before use, please make sure that the Kayak Trailer is installed firmly. 2.Before use,make sure the kayak is securely secured. 3.No one shall be in a kayak while the kayak is being transported on a kayak trailer 4.Kayak trailers are suitable for manual traction only,do not pull a Kayak Trailer with any motor vehicle. 4. After each use, remove sand and dirt from the kayak trailer and rinse it off with water. 5. Disassemble and fold the kayak trailer for storage when not in use.
