STC-200 Thermostat

The STC-200+ thermostat is a device that controls the power supply status of a wired heater or cooler or output alarm. It has just one relay and can be used for refrigeration, heating, or alarm mode. The thermostat has a function menu that allows you to set the temperature range, temperature hysteresis, protection delay time for the compressor, lower limit for SP setting, upper limit for SP setting, and calibration of real-measured temperature.

Wiring Diagram

Before using the thermostat, refer to the wiring diagram in the user manual to ensure that it is properly connected to the heater or cooler.

Setting the Aimed Temperature Range

The aimed temperature range is defined from SP to SP + F0. To set the temperature range:

  1. Press the key to display the existing SP value.
  2. Press the or keys to change the SP value. F2 and F3 limit the range of the SP value.
  3. It will return to normal status from the setting interface in 30 seconds if there is no operation.
Setting the Hysteresis Value

The hysteresis value is the temperature difference between when the thermostat turns on and off. To set the hysteresis value:

  1. Hold the + keys simultaneously for 4 seconds until code F0 appears.
  2. Press the key again to see the current value and press the direction key to change it.
  3. Press the key to save the new data and return to the menu list.
  4. Hold the key for 3 seconds to save data and return to normal monitor status.
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 to change other settings.
