3 HE-6 HE EuropacPRO Rugged Subrack Kit for Backplane

Product Information: europacPRO rugged Kit 3 U / 6 U

The europacPRO rugged Kit is a heavy-duty enclosure designed for
rugged environments. The kit is available in two sizes: 3U and 6U.
The kit includes all necessary components for assembly, including a
textile gasket joint CEM textile.

• Available Sizes: 3U and 6U
• Components included: Textile gasket joint CEM textile, M4
  screws (14 Torx 20, 10 Torx 20, 18 Torx 20, 7 Torx 20, and 8 Torx
  20), M2.5 screws (12.3), M5 screws (12 Torx T20), and M2.5 screws
  (6 Torx T8)

Product Usage Instructions:

Follow the below instructions to assemble the europacPRO rugged
Kit:

1. Identify all components listed in the user manual.
2. Install the textile gasket joint CEM textile (component #1)
   onto the base (component #2).
3. Attach the front panel (component #7) to the base using four M4
   screws (component #13).
4. Attach the rear panel (component #3) and two side panels
   (components #4 and #5) to the base using M4 screws (components #14,
   #15, #16, and #17).
5. Attach the top panel (component #8) to the enclosure using M4
   screws (components #18 and #19).
6. Attach the front handles (component #9) and rear handles
   (component #10) to the enclosure using M4 screws (component
   #20).
7. Attach the front and rear covers (components #11 and #12) to
   the enclosure using M4 screws (components #21 and #22).
8. Attach the feet (component #25) to the enclosure using M2.5
   screws (component #23).
9. Ensure that the gasket is properly sealed to the enclosure to
   prevent water or dust ingress.
