RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds on any installed turbochargers or parts sold by Turbo Parts Canada Inc., regardless of the fault or reason.
Refund is only offered for 30 days from the shipping date on uninstalled items. Turbochargers sent back within this period must be in the original state it was shipped in. Under no circumstances shall Turbo Parts Canada Inc. issue a refund, if we deem the turbocharger has been tampered with, used, installed, or modified by anyone other than Turbo Parts Canada Inc.
Shipping charges are NOT refunded and a 20% restocking fee is applied to any approved returns.
Special order items are non-returnable.
