Correct use
The device is used to provide animals with drinking water. Any other use shall be deemed incorrect. In the event of incorrect use or modifi cations to the device, the manufacturer‘s warranty and liabilities shall be deemed invalid
Connecting the water supply
CAUTION!
Risk of physical injury to people and animals and material damage
- Ensure that the device is only used be people who have the professional skills required to work with water supply lines.
- Comply with the regulations set out in DIN 1988 and DIN EN 1717 (protection against pollution of potable water installations) when installing the water supply.
- For unclean water, a suitable fi lter unit must be fi tted. (sediment fi lter 5-20 μ / iron fi lter / active carbon fi lter)
- When connecting the drinking bowl, ensure cleanliness throughout (no residue in the pipe such as metal fi lings, sand, deposits, etc.).
