Product Usage Instructions

To use the KERN EG2200-2NM balance:

1. Ensure the balance is placed on a stable surface.
2. Power on the balance using the provided mains adapter.
3. Wait for the balance to warm up for 2 hours.
4. Place the item to be weighed on the weighing plate.
5. Wait for the balance to stabilize under laboratory conditions,
   which takes approximately 3 seconds.
6. Read the weight value displayed on the large digit height
   display.
7. If needed, you can adjust the balance using the eccentric
   loading at 1/3 of the maximum capacity.
8. For piece counting, ensure the minimum piece weight is met
   either in laboratory conditions (10 mg) or normal conditions (100
   mg).
9. The balance also offers functions such as capacity display,
   counting function, percentage determination, and weighing with a
   tolerance range. Refer to the user manual for instructions on using
   these functions.
10. After use, power off the balance and disconnect it from the
    mains adapter.

Note: The optional rechargeable battery can be used for
operating the balance without a mains power source. Verify and
calibrate the balance periodically according to the provided
verification information.
