HOW TO PAIR
Take out the earbuds from the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode. On your phone go to settings; select Bluetooth and turn it on; select x9 and tap pair.
HOW TO CHARGE
Check that the charging case is turned on. Insert the earbuds into their charging case. Using the included USB cable, connect the charging case to a power source. When the charge indicator light turns green, the earbuds will begin charging automatically and will be ready to use.
HOW TO RESET
Close the charging case and place the earbuds inside. Remove the earbuds after at least seven seconds. They will restart and reconnect to your device automatically.
HOW TO CLEAN
Wipe clean the pins on the inside of the case and the earbud connectors with a cotton swab dampened (not dripping!) with isopropyl alcohol.

It is NOT “all about the bass” in my life. I use these while exercising, listening to music, podcasts, and audiobooks at different times. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with them.
I haven’t had any issues with them while running; they do have different sized ear pieces to fit more properly in your ear, so they shouldn’t fall out.
They fit fine, but if you want them to be snug in your ear and use them for sports or at the gym, I recommend purchasing separate earbud hooks. Other brands of earbuds include hooks, but not this one.
You can use the battery case 15 to 18 times before it needs to be recharged. The case functions as an earbud charger on the go.
