The VARIOBARRIER headrest medium is a safety barrier designed to
be installed on the headrests of car seats. It comes with various
parts including F308A, F521, FS544, F310A, F310B, F310CL, F310CR,
F310D, M-10700, M-R3015M8S, M-460641BF, M-460641D, M-460641AY,
M-460641AL, M-R3015M835S, rubber end caps, M-SR4025M820S,
M-R3015M610S, plastic end caps, M-VBM8x30S and M-VBM8x25S.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Identify the pair of headrest pins (B) that are suitable for
your installation. - Attach six (6) F521 parts to the headrest pins (B).
- Attach one (1) FS544 part to the center of the six (6) F521
parts. - Attach two (2) F310A and two (2) F310B parts to each side of
the FS544 part. - Attach two (2) F310D parts to each of the F310A and F310B
parts. - Attach one (1) F310CL part to the left side of the FS544 part
and one (1) F310CR part to the right side of the FS544 part. - Attach two (2) M-R3015M8S parts to the top of the F310CL and
F310CR parts. - Attach two (2) M-460641BF parts to the bottom of the F310CL and
F310CR parts. - Attach twelve (12) M-460641AY parts to the sides of the six (6)
F521 parts. - Attach twelve (12) M-460641AL parts to the sides of the six (6)
F521 parts, in between the M-460641AY parts. - Attach two (2) M-R3015M610S parts to the bottom of the F310D
parts. - Depending on the size of the headrest pins, use two (2)
M-VBM8x25S or two (2) M-VBM8x30S parts to attach the VARIOBARRIER
headrest medium to the headrest pins. - Attach two (2) M-SR4025M820S parts to each end of the
VARIOBARRIER headrest medium. - Attach two (2) rubber end caps or plastic end caps to each end
of the VARIOBARRIER headrest medium.
