Product Usage Instructions
Putting on the Helmet
- Unfasten the chinstrap by using the retention system.
- Expand the helmet opening with your hand.
- Slide your head into the helmet.
- Fasten the chinstrap as tight as possible without causing you
pain.
Basic Operations
Powering On
HOLD the power button for 1 second.
Powering Off
TAP the power button once.
Volume Up
TAP the volume button once.
Volume Down
TAP the volume button once.
Checking the Battery Level
= icon indicates the battery level.
Phone Pairing
- HOLD the phone pairing button for 10 seconds to enter
configuration menu. - TAP the phone pairing button once to start blinking.
- Select “Stryker” in the list of Bluetooth devices detected on
your phone.
Using the Phone
Answer a Call
TAP the answer call button once.
Reject a Call
HOLD the reject call button for 2 seconds.
End a Call
HOLD the end call button for 2 seconds.
Activate Siri or Google Assistant
- Say “Hey Google” or “Hey Siri” to activate the voice assistant
installed on your phone. - Alternatively, HOLD the voice assistant button for 3
seconds.
Music Control
- HOLD the play/pause button for 1 second to play or pause
music. - HOLD the track forward button for 1 second to skip to the next
track. - HOLD the track backward button for 1 second to go back to the
previous track.
Mesh IntercomTM
Mesh Intercom On
TAP the mesh intercom button once to turn on mesh intercom.
Mesh Intercom Off
TAP the mesh intercom button once to turn off mesh intercom.
Open MeshTM Channel Setting
- TAP the mesh intercom button twice to enter channel
setting. - TAP the mesh intercom button once or press “#” to save the
channel. - A voice prompt will confirm that the channel is set.
Group MeshTM
Group Mesh is a closed group intercom function that allows users
to join, leave, or rejoin a group intercom conversation without
pairing each Bluetooth system.
Creating a Group Mesh
- Enter Mesh Grouping with two or more Open Mesh users.
- HOLD the mesh grouping button for 5 seconds.
- Once Mesh Grouping is completed, a voice prompt will confirm
the switch to Group Mesh.
Joining an Existing Group Mesh
One of the current users in an Existing Group Mesh can allow new
users in Open Mesh to join the Existing Group Mesh.

Putting on the Helmet

Group Mesh

Intercom Pairing There are two ways to pair the Bluetooth system.
Using the Smart Intercom Pairing (SIP) SIP allows you to quickly pair with your friends for intercom communication by scanning the QR code on the Sena Motorcycles App without remembering the button operation.
Pair the mobile phone with the Bluetooth system. Open the Sena Motorcycles App and tap (Smart Intercom
Pairing Menu).
Scan the QR code displayed on your friend (B)’s mobile phone. · Your friend (B) can display the QR code on the mobile phone by tapping > QR code ( ) on the Sena Motorcycles App.
Tap Save and check that your friend (B) is paired with you (A) correctly.
Tap Scan ( ) and repeat steps 3-4 to pair with Intercom Friends (C) and (D).
Note: The Smart Intercom Pairing (SIP) is not compatible with Sena products that use Bluetooth 3.0 or below.
