Product Information: Griddle Condiment Rail

The Griddle Condiment Rail is an accessory designed for use with
the 190GRFP36 and 190GRFP24 griddles. It is used to hold condiments
and other toppings conveniently close to the cooking area, allowing
for easy access during food preparation.

• 1x Condiment Rail
• 1x Screw A
• 1x Bolt B
• 2x Bolts C
• 2x Rail Guards

Product Usage Instructions: Assembly

Warning:

Before installing the Condiment Rail, ensure that the griddle
has cooled down sufficiently to avoid any risk of burns or
accidents.

Step 1:

1. Position the Condiment Rail above the griddle grease
   channel.
2. Interlock the overhanging lip of the Condiment Rail with the
   griddle grease channel.

Step 2:

1. Tighten the two screws (A) on both sides of the Condiment Rail
   to firmly secure it in place.

Step 3:

1. Tighten the bolts (B) on the exterior sides of the Condiment
   Rail.

Step 4:

1. Install the rail guards at the bottom of each arm of the
   Condiment Rail to ensure safety for operators.

Final Assembly:

Once the above steps are completed, the Griddle Condiment Rail
is fully assembled and ready for use. Make sure to regularly clean
and maintain the Condiment Rail to ensure optimal functionality and
hygiene.

STEP 1:
Position the Condiment Rail as seen above and interlock the overhanging lip with the griddle grease channel.

STEP 2:
Tighten the two screws on both sides of the condiment rail so it is firmly secured as seen in the image above.

Next tighten the bolts on the exterior sides of the rail as seen above.

Finally, install the rail guards on the bottom of each arm to ensure safety for operators.
