Safety Instructions

Warning! When using electric tools, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury, including the following. Read all these instructions before attempting to operate this product and save these instructions.

  1. Keep the work area clean. Cluttered areas and benches invite injuries.
  2. Consider the work area environment. Don’t expose power tools to rain. Don’t use power tools in damp or wet locations.
    Keep work area well lit. Don’t use tools in presence of flammable liquids or gases.
  3. Guard against electric shock, Prevent body contact with the grounded surface. For example, pipes, and radiators.
  4. Keep children and visitors away. Don’t let visitors contact tools or extension cords. All visitors should be kept away from the work area.
  5. Store idle tools. When not in use tools should be stored in dry and high or locked-up places out of reach of children.
  6. Don’t force tools. It will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was intended.
  7. Use the right tools. Don’t force a small tool or attachment to do the job or a heavy-duty tool. Don’t for a purpose not intended for example.
  8. Dress properly. Do not lose clothing or jewelry. They can be caught in moving parts. Rubber gloves and non-skid footwear are recommitting covering to contain long hair.

  10. Don’t abuse the cord. Never carry the tool by cord or yank it to disconnect from the socket. Keep cord from heat, oil, and sharp edges.

    periodically and if damaged, have repaired by an authorized service facility.
    Inspect extension cords periodically and replace if damaged. Keep handle dry clean and free from on and grease.
  14. Disconnect tools. When not in use, before servicing, and when changing accessories, such so blades, bits, and cutters.
  15. Remove adjusting keys and wrenches, Form the habit of checking to see that keys and adjusting wrenches are removed from the tool before turning it on.

  19. Check damaged parts. Before further use of the tools, a
    guard or another part that is damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it would operate properly, and perform its intended function. Check for alignment of moving parts, binding of moving parts, and breakage of parts. Mounting and any other conditions that are damaged should be properly repaired or replaced by an authorized service center unless otherwise indicated elsewhere in this instruction manual.
    Have defective switches been replaced by the authorized service center? Do not use the tool if the switch does not turn on and off.

Special Safety Regulation

When using a polisher, basic safety regulations, including the following , should always be followed to avoid damage to the machine and personal injury.

  1. Before use, inspect the rubber disk for any damage. Do not use rubber disks that are cracked, ripped, or otherwise damaged.
  2. When operating, hold the machine firmly with both hands and constantly use the U-shaped handle.
  3. Keep away from the rotating parts.
  4. Make sure that the tool is not in contact with the workpiece before you switch the machine on.
  5. Do not leave the machine running unattended. Operate the tools only when the machine is controlled by both hands.
  6. To reduce the risk of being scalded, do not touch the Workpiece after the operation.
  7. When using an extension cord, make sure it is double insulated and suitable for the tools.

Operating Instruction

  1. D-shaped Handle(double color)
    For your safety, please use a D-shaped handle.
  2. Installation of polish wheel
    Mount the rubber pad and woolen disk into the spindle, and then tighten the flange nut.
  3. Variable speed
    Adjust step-less speed regulator from 1000rpm to 3000rpm according to requirement, it is the highest speed in the ‘6’ position, gradually slow down in the ‘1’ position.
  4. Always switch off and wait until the polishing wheel has come to a complete standstill before storing the machine.

Maintenance

  1. Always endure that the tool is unplugged from the power supply maintenance.
  2. Remove chips, oil, and grease from the machine. Keep the tools sharp and clean.
  3. Regularly check that all the fixing screws are tight and no cracks or damage on crack or damage the tools.
  4. Regularly check to see no damage on the cord.
  5. When the brush is burnt or broken, it must be replaced with new brushes. Always replace a pair at a time.
  6. When the woolen wheel wore out, change the wheel and the woolen must be concentric alignment with the polishing wheel.
