Product Information
This is a 7-piece bi-metal hole saw set with an adapter, clamp
washer, and pilot drill bit. The set includes saw sizes of 3/4, 1,
1-1/8, 1-1/4, and 1-1/2 inches. This product is designed for
cutting holes in various materials such as wood, plastic, and
metal.
Usage Instructions
Before using the product, make sure to read the owner’s manual
and safety instructions carefully. Keep the manual for future
reference. When unpacking, check the product for any damages or
missing parts and contact customer support if necessary.
Setup
- Wear heavy-duty work gloves and ANSI-approved safety goggles
during setup and whenever handling the Hole Saws. - Select the desired size Hole Saw.
- Thread Small Mandrel into Hole Saw securely.
- Use the Adapter to attach the Small Mandrel to medium size Hole
Saws (such as a 1-1/2 size.) Carefully thread Adapter with Clamp
Washer into Hole Saw and then thread the Small Mandrel through the
bottom so that it screws into the Adapter. - Adjust Small Mandrel position on Pilot Drill Bit. Tighten Set
Screw. - Open jaws of drill chuck (sold separately).
- Place the Pilot Drill Bit shaft completely into the chuck and
securely tighten the chuck.
Operation
- Set the Hole Saw on the workpiece.
- Press the drill’s trigger to turn it on.
- If the drill is a variable speed type, cut the workpiece slowly
until a circle groove is made in the workpiece. Then cut
faster. - When the hole is cut, release the trigger and wait for the Hole
Saw to come to a complete stop before removing it from the
workpiece.
Always wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work
gloves during setup and use. Keep the product away from children
and store saw blades in a secure location. Use the correct size
arbor for the selected Hole Saw and verify that the drill’s chuck
is in good condition and fits securely. Do not use excessive
pressure when cutting a hole and inspect the product before every
use. Do not use if parts are loose or damaged. Read and adhere to
all safety warnings and operating instructions of the drill used
with the set.

Setup
TO PREVENT INJURY: Wear heavy-duty work gloves and ANSI-approved safety goggles during setup and whenever handling the Hole Saws.
1. Select the desired size Hole Saw.
2. Thread Small Mandrel into Hole Saw securely.
3. Use the Adapter to attach the Small Mandrel to medium size Hole Saws (Such as a 1-1/2″ size.) Carefully thread Adapter with Clamp Washer into Hole Saw and then thread the Small Mandrel through the bottom so that it screws into the Adapter.
4. Adjust Small Mandrel position on Pilot Drill Bit. Tighten Set Screw.
5. Open jaws of drill chuck (sold separately).
6. Place the Pilot Drill Bit shaft completely into the chuck and securely tighten the chuck.

Operation
