1. Install the underframes and the shelf. Use 5/16–18″ x 11/2″ hexagon screws to install the top horizontal pipes and use 5/16–18″ x 11/2″ hexagon screws, flat washers, and nylon lock nuts to fix the shelf. See figures 1 & 2.
2. Install the casters. Turn around the assembled under frames, insert the square stems of the casters into the square tubes, align the holes, and fix with 5/16–18″ x 11/2″ hexagon screws, flat washers, and nylon lock nuts. See figures 3 & 4.
3. Install the drawer box. Fix the box to the under frames with 1/4–20″ x 11/2” cross recessed flat head screws, flat washers, and nylon lock nuts. See figures 5 & 6. 
4. Install the top cover plate and the top storage compartment. Use M6 x 12mm cross recessed flat head screws, flat washers, and nylon lock nuts to fix the top cover plate and the top storage compartment to the drawer box. Turn up the cover plate when installing he screws for convenient assembly. See figures 7 & 8.
