3. Use bolts (F+L), (H+K) to connect and fix the connector as
   shown in the figure.
4. Put spacer sleeve and washer into the axle in the order shown
   in the figure.
5. Install the wheel set, insert the cotter pin, and bend it.

Troubleshooting Instruction

If the wheel rolling is not smooth, it may be due to
insufficient lubrication. Add oil to lubricate the rotating
parts.

Assembly and Use
1.Fix front support(E) to the front of the frame with bolts (G+J).
2.Fix wheel frame(B) on both sides of the frame with bolts (F+ L).
3.Use bolts(F+L), (H+K) to connect and fix connector(D) as shown in the figure.
4.Put spacer sleeve(I) and washer(N) into the axle in the order shown in the figure.

5.Install the wheel set(C), insert the pin(M) and bend it.
